Taken up through video conferencing.

1.       Mr. Nikhil Jain, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled between the parties.

2.       No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at. 

3.       Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits, on instructions, that the petitioners wish to withdraw their petition.

4.       In the wake of the above submission as has been made by learned counsel, the revision petition before this Commission is rendered infructuous.

The revision petition no. 449 of 2021 is dismissed as such.

5.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the revision petition and to their learned counsel within three days from today. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
