Present:       Mr. Neeraj Sansaniwal, Advocate, for the complainant.

                   Mr.Rohit Kumar, Adv., for the Ops No.1 and 2.

                                       

                   Shri Rohit Kumar, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of OP No.2 by filing Memo of Appearance. Counsel for the OP NO.2 stated that OP No.2 is ready to pay Rs.2300/- on account of full and final settlement. His statement recorded separately. In the light of statement made by learned counsel for OP No.2, complainant  is ready to withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied.  His statement also recorded separately.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by both the parties, it is clear that matter has been compromised; hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties are bound by their statement made before this Commission. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
