The Case is put up for strength of Advance petition filed by the learned Advocate Sri Brahmananda Nayak on behalf of the complainant with a new Vakalatnama herewith ‘No objection and consent’ by the concerned lawyer for the main complaint  petition. The Complainant is also present today and filed a withdrawal petition to withdraw the case on 25.04.2023.

                In the petition, the complainant is stating that the dispute regarding the connection of Power Supply to the Complainant has already been compromised between the complainant and the O.P’s. The O.P’s has assured to the complainant to connect the Power Supply to his house if he will pay all the outstanding dues excluding 30% of the total amount on or before 28.04.2023. Hence, the complainant wants to withdraw the above said case for the interest of Justice

               Heard, the petition. As the Complainant is satisfied with the O.Ps, Hence, the complainant does not want to proceed with the case, this Commission has no hesitation to allow the petition filed by the complainant.

               Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the complaint is withdrawn in view of the settlement of claim by the O.P’s and satisfaction of the complainant.
