                                         The Case is posted today for National Lok Adalat. Both the Advocates for Complainant & O.Ps are present. Copies of memo & petition dtd: 30.04.22 received by Advocate for O.Ps. Heard. Memo dtd: 30.04.22 is allowed and the petition dtd: 06.04.22 is disposed of accordingly.

                                         Further, the withdrawal petition dtd: 30.04.22 is allowed as the matter of dispute in between both the parties has been settled amicably out of the court and the Complainant does not want to proceed the case.

                                         However, for the interest of Justice, the case is withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Issue extracts of this order to both the parties for their information.
