            This is an execution application filed under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act to pass an order to hand over possession of completed Flat B. IV No.1 of Temple Way Avenue Apartments, ECR, Lawspet, Puducherry with exclusive car park to the petitioner/complainant/decree holder, to pay compensation of Rs.4,90,000/- as mentioned in section 9, awarded by the order of District Forum, Puducherry dated 31.01.2012, failing which to punish the respondent/opposite party/judgment debtor with imprisonment and fine for not complying with the order this Forum.

            This petition was called on 18.02.2015, the petitioner/Decree Hikder and the respondent/JD and counsel present.  The petitioner/Decree Holder endorsed that "the E.A.No.08/2014 is hereby withdrawn towards full satisfaction of the order dated 30^th November 2012 of the Hon'ble State Commission, Puducherry.  I have no further claim from the Judgment Debtor.  I am fully satisfied with the completion of construction of the Flat and have no further claim in this regard against the Judgment Debtor." 

            Today, the petition was called. The petitioner/Decree Holder present. The respondent and his counsel absent. In view of the endorsement made in the E.A. by petitioner/Decree Holder, this E.A. is hereby terminated.
