ORDER

In view of the judgment of the Honle Supreme Court in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmad (Civil Appeal No.4566/2012 decided on 01.07.2013), this matter being a dispute of power theft, the consumer fora has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Accordingly, the revision petition is accepted, impugned orders of the fora below are set aside and complaint is dismissed as not maintainable. Respondent, however, is granted liberty to avail appropriate remedy before proper forum.
