ORDER

 

 

1. Prayer made in the present application preferred by the complainant is for withdrawing the complaint in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The stand taken by counsel for the complainant is duly supported by affidavit of complainant Jagvinder Singh.
2. In the main complaint, proceedings stand adjourned to 14.11.2023.
3. The State Commission finds that the complainant is justified in asking for withdrawal of the complaint. The application is accordingly allowed as the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint.
4. In view of the above development, it would be just and proper for the complainant to withdraw the complaint.
5. Resultantly, the miscellaneous application is allowed and the complaint is dismissed as having been withdrawn.
6. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
7. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
