The complaint was filed under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act,2019. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The case is posted for evidence of the complainant.
The complainant is absenting continuously since 01.09.2022. Hence, the Commission issued notice to the complainant on 14.02.2023 to appear before the Commission and to adduce evidence if any. The notice sent to the complainant returned with an endorsement “Left” as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant has not adduced any evidence before the Commission even today. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint.
Hence the complaint is closed as the ‘default’ of the complainant.
