ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Harshit Bewal, Complainant has stated that he wants to approach the Hon’ble High Court and hence, at this stage, he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh one in case no relief is granted by any other court. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for, subject to law of limitation.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
