Complainant, O.P. No. 1 and O.P. No. 2 are present through their respective Ld. Advocate.  

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant/O.P. No. 2 moves the IA/531/2018 praying for liberty to file written version as against to the complaint case.  

Since the statutory period of filing written version has expired long before, we are unable to entertain the prayer put forward in the instant IA.  The IA/531/2018 is dismissed.  The O.P. No. 2 is debarred from filing the written version.  The IA is thus disposed of.  Fix 15.11.2018 for filing reply by the Complainant in respect of the questionnaires filed by the O.P. No. 1.
