The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite parties are represented. The complainant is continuously absent since 19-03-2021. Hence the Commission has issued notice to the complainant to appear and adduce evidence if any. No evidence adduced by the complainant to date. The Notice was sent to the complainant on 02.12.2022 seen served on 09.12.2022 as per the proof of the Postal Department. So many chances were given to the complainant to adduce evidence. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. Hence the complaint is closed as the default of the complainant.
