ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed and the opposite party is directed to refund the amount of Rs.736/- to the complainant and pay court cost of Rs.150/- within a period of 4 weeks, failing which the opposite party is liable to pay interest 12% p.a. on the above sum from the date of petition till realisation.
