Heard complainant in person. The complainant has submitted a complaint by letter to the opponent taking objection to restriction of outside eatables not allowed in the Cinema Hall, annexed at Exhibit-A.  Complainant has also filed a copy of movie ticket dated 17.02.2017 issued by opponent enclosed at Exhibit-B to allege that the opponent charges different rate from Monday to Thursday and different rates on Friday to Sunday, annexed at Exhibit-B.

The complainant is alleging unfair trade practice against the opponent.  However this Forum is not convinced by the arguments made by the complainant, nor submitted any documentary evidence as a proof of unfair trade practice. Hence present complaint is dismissed at the admission stage.
