ORDER

Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the impugned order, passed by the State Commission. 

The Petitioner is running a dental college.  Any dispute arising out of its activities cannot be said to be covered under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed.
