Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant on admissibility of the Consumer Complaint. Considered.

On perusal of the complaint petition it appears that the complainant has filed the instant complaint against Indusind Bank having branch office at 3A, 3A, Indusind Bank Ltd., Upper Wood Street, Savitri Towers, Kolkata, West Bangal-700016 and registered office at 2401 Gen Thimmnyya Road, Pune Cantt., Pune, Maharashtra-411001. No Police Station has been mentioned at the address of the OP as to the jurisdiction of this Commission and besides that complainant resides at Flat No. 805, W11, Lodha Amara, Kolshet Road, Thane, Maharashtra-400607. No original documents is furnished by the complainant to tally the documents as annexed with the Consumer Complaint.

In view of the above observation, we are not inclined to admit the Consumer Complaint in its present form and as such same is rejected.

However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh with cover up the above observation on the same cause of action, if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.
