1.       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled and, therefore, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the same any further and may be permitted to withdraw the same.

2.       No comments as to the terms and conditions of the settlement said to have been arrived at. However, in the wake of the submissions made by the learned counsel, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the Petition and to their respective learned counsels. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
