Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has very fairly brought to my notice the order, dated 11.07.2016, passed by this Bench in Revision Petition No.639 of 2016 and connected cases.  By the said order, the Revision Petitions, filed by the Petitioner on identical set of facts have been dismissed.

               Consequently, following the said order, this Revision Petition also fails and is dismissed accordingly. 

          It is directed that the amount, as awarded by the lower Fora, to the Complainant shall be paid by the Petitioner to him within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the said amount shall carry interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of actual realization.
