As these revision petitions are directed against the same impugned order, they are being disposed of by this common order.  Facts are being taken from R.P. No.646/2012

Petitioner was allotted a plot.  Petitioner paid Rs.82,633/-                   @ Rs.918.15 per sq.m. as demanded.  Lease Deed was not executed.  Petitioner filed the complaint before the District Forum seeking a direction to the respondent to execute the Lease Deed.

       District Forum allowed the complaint and directed the respondent to execute the Lease Deed and hand over possession of the same to the petitioner.

       The Resolution by which the plot was allotted to the petitioner was suspended by the Deputy Registrar.  The list of allottees was to be approved again.  Respondent, being aggrieved, filed the appeal before the State Commission.  State Commission upheld the order of the District Forum suspending the allotment and execution of Lease Deed for a period of four months to enable the Registrar to finalize the list of allottees.  Four months from the passing of the order by the State Commission have already expired on 24.4.2012.  Counsel for the petitioner states that the Registrar has not finalized the list of allottees till date meaning thereby that the order passed by the District Forum, which has been upheld by the State Commission, which is in favour of the petitioner, attained finality.  The petitioner is not aggrieved by the order passed by the District Forum.  Since the order of the District Forum has attained finality and the petitioner has no grievance against the order of the District Forum, revision petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.  Petitioner is put at liberty to get the order of the District Forum executed.
