Complainant is absent as usual, though learned counsel Miss M. Das is present on behalf of the complainant as Legal Aid Counsel.

                     Vide order dated 05/09/2017 the complainant was issued notice to appear before this Forum. Thereafter the case fixed on 25/10/2017 and on that day complainant again did not appear. Today the case is fixed for appearance of the complainant, but he is absent today too. Record speaks that he has duly received notice, but in spite of this he did not feel it necessary to appear before this Court and as such, it appears that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the instant case. Record further speaks that for appearance of the complainant several dates have been consumed.

                     This being the position, the instant case is disposed of for non-prosecution on the part of the complainant.

                     The case stands disposed of accordingly.

                     Furnish copy of this order to complainant and the opposite party free of cost through their respective engaged counsels.

                     Make necessary entry in the T. R.
