ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Ms.Jasdeep Kaur, Counsel for OP has been recorded. Statement of Ms.Shiti Jain, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which this complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Forum today and the same shall form a part of this order. If the compliance of the undertaking/statement is not made by OP within the prescribed period of 15 days from today i.e. 22.11.2017, the settled amount (Rs.13,000/-) shall carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment is made to the complainant. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
