Delay of 25 days in filing the Revision Petition is condoned.

          According to the petitioner, he had booked a railway ticket from New Delhi to Dhanbad for appearing in CBSE Sr. Secondary Examination for the subject of Physics on 07.3.2008.  However, he could not take the examination because the train got delayed.  Being aggrieved, petitioner filed a complaint before the District Forum claiming a compensation of Rs.19.50 Lacs.

          District Forum partly allowed the complaint and directed the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as compensation and Rs.1,000/- as costs.

          Petitioner filed an appeal before the State Commission for enhancement of compensation which has been dismissed by the impugned order.

          We agree with the view taken by the State Commission.  No merits.  Dismissed.
