ORDER

 

Petitioner was not a party before the District Forum. No decree or order has been passed against the petitioner. Decree has been passed against the Bank only.

          Petitioner filed an appeal before the State Commission, which has been dismissed by observing that no decree or order adverse to the petitioner was passed against him.

          We agree with the view taken by the State Commission. Admittedly the petitioner was not a party before the District Forum and no order or decree adverse to the petitioner has been passed by the Fora below.


 

          Dismissed.
