Mr.Rupansh Gupta, Partner of Ashwani Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants got recorded his separate statement to the effect that he is authorised to give statement on behalf of the partnership firm. He has entered into Compromise on the basis of Memorandum of Understanding and he has received a Demand Draft bearing No.000943 dated 23.10.2024 for Rs.15,000/- as full & final settlement amount.
