            Thrice called, none appeared on behalf of appellant.  No representation.  On perusal of the order-sheet, it is seen this commission has provided an opportunity on the request of the appellant to take steps through paper publication.  In spite of sufficient opportunities, the complainant did not take steps to serve the notice to the respondent through paper publication.  Hence, we consider that the appellant is not interested in continuing his case.  Therefore, the appeal is liable to be dismissed.  Accordingly, it is dismissed.
