                   It has been stated by learned counsel for the respondent that after passing of the impugned order, the appellant had approached the respondent and settled the dispute by paying the balance amount. He has placed statement of account in support of his contention.

                  Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this appeal as infructuous.
