Learned counsel for the parties have arrived at out of court settlement and filed compromise according to which amount deposited with the National Commission by the petitioner will be refunded to the respondents and petitioner will further pay interest @ 9% p.a. on that amount till deposited with the National Commission i.e. 27.09.2011 from the date of receipt of this amount. Consequently, both the revision petitions stand disposed of in the light of compromise, which will form part of the record. Registry is directed to release the amount, along with accrued interest, deposited by the petitioner to the respondent immediately. Dasti, in addition.
