Mr. Rajeev Arora, authorized representative of Respondent No. 1 /complainant is  present  and confirms that Miscellaneous Application No. 815/2011 has been filed on behalf of his father/Respondent No. 1 and that the dispute involved in this petition has been resolved amicably.

          Accordingly, the complainant/respondent has sought to withdraw the original complaint.  The request is granted, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the revision petition is disposed of in terms of the reported settlement between the parties.
