            On 17.02.2020, the complaint was admitted and notice issued to OP.  Thereafter, the complainant did not appear and never bothered to see whether the notice has been served on the OP or not. In between there  was outburst of corona pandemic.  Again the complainant was absent on 18.11.2020, 28.01.2021, 12.10.2021 and 21.04.2022. Today again no one is present on behalf of the complainant.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint  is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
