                   File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant seeking permission to withdraw the complaint. Learned counsel for op has suffered a statement that matter has been compromised and as per compromise, the op bank will pay the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- to the complainant within 30 days as full and final payment. The complainant has also suffered a statement that above said statement of learned counsel for op is acceptable to him and as per statement, the op may be bound down and case may be disposed off accordingly. In view of the statement of learned counsel for op as well as complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. The op shall pay the above said amount of Rs.1,10,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the above said amount of Rs.1,10,000/- from op alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
