                        The OP vide Misc.Application No.75 of 2010 has deposited Rs.60,650/- vide draft dated 19.5.2010 with this Forum in compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble National Commission dated 4.5.2010 passed in RP No.1233 of 2010. The draft of Rs.60,650/- be deposited in the bank account of the Forum.
                        In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant would be at liberty to file fresh execution application as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble National Commission or after the decision of RP No.1233 of 2010, if need be.
                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
