Order No.13, dated 29/04/2014.

         Inspite of specific order vide No.12 dated 24/04/2014 neither of the parties in litigation have appeared.

        Further instead of specific direction to the Complainant to intimate this Forum today as to encashment of the cheque, she has taken no step which reasonably may be presumed that the said cheque has been honoured by the concern bank and the Complainant might have received the payment.

        It has been observed in some cases is that after lapse of more than two years, the parties have appeared before this Forum alleging dis-honour of cheque and di-novo proceedings ensured.

         However, in the instant case when the Ld. Adv. for the O.P, Mr. Barman intimated that the amount has been debited in the account of the bank, it has been encashed.

          Hence, the case is disposed of with full satisfaction without passing any Final Order in format.
