Case record is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the advocate for complainant and copy duly served on O.Ps. Sri Debabrata Mohapatra, Advocate appeared on behalf of O.Ps executing power. He also filed the Vakalatnama along with some documents and original Demand Draft bearing No. 503161 dt. 16.09.2024 of Rs. 3,66,000/- as well as a Demand Draft bearing No. 503162 dt. 16.09.2024 of Rs. 4,72,940/- drawn in favour of Debendra Kamila towards his decreetal amount. Debendra Kamila, complainant is present and received the two Demand Drafts with proper discharge voucher signed by complainant and two witness. Advocate for complainant also filed a petition on the ground that complainant has received the Demand Drafts with full and final settlement of his claim and praying for withdrawal the execution case as he is not interested to proceed with this case further.

In the view of aforesaid observations and perusal of documents along with case record the execution case is dropped as withdrawn as well as the re-call of B.W.A against the B.M, ICICI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Bhadrak is to be issued to the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak immediately.
