Gagandeep Bhanot Versus ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co.Ltd. & Ors

 

Present:- Complainant in Person alongwith Counsel Sh.Harish Mahajan, Advocate.

Sh.K.S.Minhas, Advocate Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2.

 

Counsel for the Opposite Parties, Sh.K.S.Minhas, Advocate suffered a statement that matter has been settled between the parties, accordingly OP No.1 & 2 are ready to pay an amount of Rs.13,500/- to the Complainant qua to full and final settlement and the Opposite Parties be given time of 25 days to make payment to the Complainant.

Similarly, the Complainant along with his Counsel suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 and accept the same and ready to receive an amount of Rs.13,500/- as full and final settlement in the present complaint and further stated that complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the statements suffered by Ld. Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 as well as Complainant, it reveals that the parties have settled the matter amicably and accordingly suffered their respective statements. So in view of the compromise, the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 will pay an amount of Rs.13,500/- to the Complainant as full and final settlement qua this complaint within 25 days from today, if OP No.1 & 2 fails to pay the said amount within stipulated period, Opposite Parties will be liable to pay interest @ 12 % P.A from the date of filing of complaint i.e. 17.04.2018 till realisation, so accordingly, this complaint is disposed of. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost, as per Rules. File be consigned to the record room.
