Jdr has subimitted D/D No -794196 dt. 28/04/2014of Rs. 13400/- in favour Dhr and has also deposited Rs. 11,100/- as penalty to this Forum.So, entire decree is satisfied office to receive the same and issue penalty receipt to the Jdr  and deposit it  to the Baut and disbuse the D/D to Dhr on satisfaction of  his identity.

Hence, ordered that Ex.case be and same is disposed of on full satisfaction.
