Ld advocate for o.ps 1&2 has handed over 4 Cheques being Nos 082407,082409,096361,096362 of Rs. 1,01,000/-,2,00,000/-,2,00,000/-,2,00,000/- the total amounting to Rs 7,01,000/- drawn on ICICI Bank
Complainant files a ptn praying for withdrawal of the case as she received the entire amount from O.Ps .
In view of the above position, instant case stands disposed of on full satisfaction subject to realization of the said cheques .
