          Today Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the complainant has received cheque No. 519451 dated 23.10.2024 for Rs. 13,67,982/- payable in the name of Harkanwaljeet Kaur complainant from the opposite party as full and final settlement in this case (Photostat copy of the cheque is Annexure-A). The complainant undertakes to hand over memorandum of settlement to the counsel for opposite party with regard to above said payment. Now nothing is due of complainant towards the opposite party and the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been fully satisfied. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
