          Today Ld. Counsel for the opposite party No.1  has made the following statement:-

“Stated that I paid Rs. 1,95,000/- in the shape of cheque No. 470382 vide dated 10.7.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank Branch Free Press House-215, Nariman Point, Mumbai to Amandeep Singh complainant as full and final payment.”

          On this, the opposite party No. 1 has made the following statement:-

“Stated that I received Rs. 1,95,000/- in the shape of cheque No. 470382 of ICICI Bank dated 10.7.2004 and fully satisfied and withdraw the present complaint.”

          In view of ibid statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
