The complainant  Sri Nabajit Deka is present   today   in person  and his   counsel   ld.  advocate Ms R Gogoi  is also  present . Ld.  advocate   Mr  Indrajit  Borooah appears   for   opp. party  no-1   (ICICI Lombard   General Insurance     Co Ltd)   but   none   appears   for   opp. party   no-2  (Tata  Financial Services  Ltd, Guwahati)   . The   complainant   vide   petition no-  993/17   prays   for   dismissing    the case   on withdrawal. We   have heard     the   complainant   who is   present today.   We   have also   heard   ld. counsel   of the   complainant   as well as   the   counsel of   opp. party  no-1 . The  petition   no- 993/17  is allowed   as   there is   no objection  from   any   corner, and   accordingly  this   complaint  is dismissed   on withdrawal.
