                                                            ORDER

                        The learned counsel for OPs has made statement that the payment of Rs.43,560/- including interest (Rs.30,500/- vide cheque dated 13.7.2010 and Rs.13,060/- vide cheque dated 12.8.2010) has been made to the complainant and the OPs have deposited Rs.92,334/- including interest, with the State Legal Services Authority, UT Chandigarh (Rs.75,000/- on 13.8.2010 and Rs.17,334/- on 31.8.2010) and hence the order dated 16.9.2008 passed by this Forum as modified by the Hon’ble State Commission vide its order dated 27.10.2009 has been complied with by the OPs. Counsel for complainant has agreed to the submissions of counsel for OPs and made statement for withdrawal of the execution application as satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.           

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
