ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to renew ICICI Health Insurance card for himself and his family members vide CardNo.125609243, 125609244, 125609245 and 125609246 issued by the opposite party and allow the complainant to enjoy the benefits as per the existing norms enshrined in the Health Insurance Card issued by the opposite party and to pay a sum of Rs.1000000/- to the complainant towards mental agony and strain due to their deficiency of services together with interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of the complaint till the date of realization and cost.

          Complainant present.  Opposite party present.  Memo filed by complainant entire amount settled.  Endorsement also made.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
