Hazira is filed on behalf of the complainant. One Xerox copy of Insurance Policy as per list is also filed. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant over the admission hearing of this case. Seen the complaint and other documents Xerox copies filed on behalf of the complainant.

          It is to be noted that the Xerox copy of Insurance Policy filed on record on 23.12.2013 goes to show that period of policy in respect of policy no. 3004/53209892/00/000 had been expired on 23.12.2008 and Xerox copy of policy no. 3004/53209892/01/000 filed today as per list had already been expired on 23.12.2009. But this petition of complaint does not show any policy number and its period of policy. So, we feel that this complaint cannot be accepted. Hence, this complaint is rejected, i.e. the case is dismissed.
