Case record put up today. Complainant Shri Badrul Haque Barbhuiya present in person. Opposite Party present through learned counsel Shri P.Thapa. Seen joint petition No 22 dated 05.03.2020 filed by both parties. Both parties have entered into mutual settlement on the ground that OP has paid an amunt of Rs 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) only vide cheque No 644500 dated 07.01.2020. The Complainant has acknowledged receipt of the cheque issued by the OP ICICI Lombard. In view of th above this Forum  is of the opinion that there is no point to persue with the case as hence case stands disposed off on compromise.
