ORDER

Learned counsel for the parties states that the parties have amicably settled the subject matter of the present complaint. Pursuant to the said settlement, Mr.D.Varadarajan, counsel for the opposite party has given a cheque No.546009 a sum of Rs.60,00,000/- to the Complainant as full and final claim. The Copy of the said cheque has been produced on record. The Complaint is disposed of as settled between the parties.
