Seen the petition filed by the complainant. It is stated by the complainant that the complainant has compromised the matter with the O.P. and has also received the compromised amount vide cheque No.405576 dated 22/05/2019 for Rs.4,90,000.00/-. Hence, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the case and prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the case.

Heard the ld counsel for the complainant and perused the petition. As the complainant has compromised the matter with the O.P. and wants to withdraw the case, the prayer of the complainant is allowed. Accordingly, the case is disposed of on withdrawal.
