Final Order / Judgement

Applicant/decree holder has come present in person and made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that today I have received cheque bearing no.864443 dated 29.03.2024 for an amount of Rs.35,540/- drawn on ICICI Bank from the counsel of the JD as full and final of my claim amount as per order dated 11.09.2023. As such, I withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.”

In view of the statement made by applicant/decree holder, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
