The case record is taken up on the basis of put up petition.

Ld. Advocate on behalf of the O.P. No.1 & 2 files a petition stating inter-alia that the Proforma O.P i.e. Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd. send a soft copy of N.O.C through E-mail to the O.P. No.1 & 2 i.e. ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. in accordance with the settlement of their disputes between the parties. So, there is no claim against the Proforma O.P i.e. Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd. This is the full and final settlement between the parties.

Accordingly the case is disposed of.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

That the complaint case No.CC/63/2021 be and the same is disposed of.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
