The complainant along with his Ld. Advocate is present. The O.P.Nos-1 & 2 files hazira through Ld. advocate but on call Ld. authorized Advocate is absent.

The complainant has filed a verified petition along with xerox copy of aadhaar card praying for withdrawing the case on the ground that this case has been ended in compromise out of Commission i.e the case has been amicably settled down outside the Commission in between the complainant and the opposite parties. The complainant Md. Dilshad Alam is examined in full and discharged as P.W1.

Perused the case record and the verified petition so filed by the complainant. It appears that the case has been amicably settled down in between the parties out of this Commission and the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further and he prayed for withdraw the case. He put his signatures on the verified petition voluntarily.

Under the above circumstances, this Commission has no alternative but to dispose of the case.

That this case be and the same is permitted to withdraw and accordingly, it is disposed of.
