                   Sh. Mohan Manchanda, advocate for the Opposite party.

                   File put up today on an application moved by learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite party suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs.5,23,230/- (Rupees Five lakh twenty three thousand two hundred thirty only) and opposite party will make settled amount within a period of 60 days from the date of order subject to the condition that the complainant will handover the original key of the car to the respondent, failing which Opposite party will be liable to make settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA from the date of order.

                        Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that he has heard and agrees with the aforesaid statement and have no objection if the matter is disposed off accordingly.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsels for the parties, the above matter is disposed off being settled with direction to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.5,23,230/- (Rupees Five lakh twenty three thousand two hundred and thirty only) to the complainant within 60 days failing which the opposite party shall be liable to pay the interest @9% PA from today i.e. 12.03.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Complainant is also directed to handover the original key to the opposite party at the time of making payment. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
