            Complainant and his counsel are absent repeatedly. Notices sent to them are not served due to change in address.  Complainant appears to have no interest in conducting the proceedings. Complainant has not complied the order of Hon’ble State Commission and not paid cost of Rs.5,000/- to the opponent.  

            Hence, complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution.
