ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 01.02.2024, Sh.S.S.Chadha, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that he has received demand draft for an amount of Rs.18,93,586/- bearing draft No.166628 dated 12.01.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of complainant namely Raghbir Kaur Saini from JDs through their counsel Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, as full & final payment in compliance with the order dated 05.09.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/86/2021 and hence under the instructions of complainant/DH, he does not want to proceed with the present execution application further. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
